Effective immediately, the two organizations will join under a unified structure designed to elevate expertise, expand market presence, and deepen service capabilities such as Benefits and Wealth Management across the Mid-West and Mid-Atlantic region.
As part of the merger, Aaron Bickle (CEO, Bickle Insurance) and Josh Heebner (Partner, Element Risk) will join the Board of Element Holdings Group, LLC, bringing leadership, deep regional knowledge, and significant farm and commercial insurance experience to the governing body.
